This is probably the toughest discipline for any athlete or triathlete as this is where you will be spending most of your time training. Many thoughts will cross your mind, including the thought of quitting, questioning yourself and feeling guilty for not spending time with your family. For a long distance triathlete, this is also the area where you will need to replenish your body with fluids and food.

Whilst our nutritionists will compute and prepare an ideal nutrition plan, our programs will always consider our clients’ individual needs. For instance, some athletes prefer not to engage in any kind of power drinks or sweet gels during the bike race as they have sensitive stomachs.
